The most beautiful setting I've ever seen. I took this shot from outside a lodge room in Yosemite Valley, facing Yosemite Falls. It had snowed just the day before, and continued all night. In the morning, this is what I saw.
This is my favorite photo, hands down. I even have a framed print in my house. I see that I caught the parking lot down below, as well as the wooden rail, but I wanted to have those touches to show how realistic is was, that I was actually there. Heh.
I hope you enjoy this one. Its my fav because of the memories attached to it, but tell me about its composition, as well.

This moment is all that we have... Our perception is all that we see... Perception is relative... Relativity is devoid of absolute meaning, and is thus empty. I am pondering this at the moment...
Oh my goodness, this is...breath taking, truly. This is beyond what words can describe, its like a fantasy ice world. I completely understand the addition of the parking lot, because this can easily leave a person speechless, like its happening to me (Good thing I am typing.). I think the greatest aspect, beyond all the other wondrous aspects, is the mountain range in the back, which has an almost ethereal look about it due to the clouds. Oh, this would have made those people at that park rich if they would have had your picture on their brochure, because this makes me long for the place, to see it in all this serene beauty that you have captured here. Perfect lighting, perfect angle, beyond perfect location...I can't emphasize enough what a most excellent photo this is. Perfect work here, a most stunning piece of art.

That is so amazingly stunning it is hard to believe that a place like that actually exists. Its beautiful the way you can see everything but nothing past the top of the falls, where it all goes completely white with cloud. And the parking lot below makes it realistic enough to know that it is real, it makes it a place anyone can see if they really wanted to. A wonderful photo.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
